Celebrating 50 Years by Giving Back: Monarch School of New England’s December of Service
As part of the Monarch School of New England's 50th anniversary celebration, our students, families, and staff joined together to support the SHARE Fund, a local nonprofit and valued work-based learning partner. This initiative was a heartfelt way for us to give back to the community that has supported our school so generously over the past five decades.
Throughout December, our classrooms embraced the spirit of giving. Students learned about the importance of service and community, taking part in a school-wide drive to collect food and essential items for those in need. But the generosity didn’t stop there - many classrooms extended their efforts to support additional nonprofit partners, including the Pope Memorial Humane Society and Hope on Haven Hill.
This month of service highlighted the profound connection between our school and the community. It was a meaningful reminder of the power of gratitude and the impact we can make when we come together.
Here’s to another 50 years of collaboration, compassion, and community!
