Honoring Excellence at Monarch School of New England: 2024 Award Recipients
Earlier this month, the Monarch School of New England proudly presented two awards which celebrate the exceptional dedication and contributions of our staff.
The Carrie Foss Memorial Award
The first award, the Carrie Foss Memorial Award, is presented in memory of our esteemed founder, Carrie Foss. This award honors an outstanding staff member who exemplifies strong commitment, leadership, and vision. The recipient of this award consistently puts students first, is a positive, caring, and supportive team member, and always gives their best in every endeavor.
We are thrilled to announce that the 2024 Carrie Foss Memorial Award has been awarded to Kate Sisneroz, Co-Director of Education. Kate's dedication to our students, her leadership within the school, and her unwavering commitment to excellence make her a deserving recipient of this prestigious award. Congratulations, Kate!
The Diane Bessey Outstanding Therapist Award
The second award, the Diane Bessey Outstanding Therapist Award, is given in honor of retired Executive Director and Physical Therapist, Diane Bessey. This award recognizes an exemplary member of the therapy team who demonstrates collaboration and teamwork, creativity, strong professional ethics, excellent clinical and communication skills, dedication to students, and a vision to support the school’s goals.
We are delighted to announce that the 2024 Diane Bessey Outstanding Therapist Award has been awarded to Tracy Payeur, Occupational Therapist. Tracy's innovative approach, her exceptional skills in therapy, and her dedication to the well-being of our students embody the spirit of this award. Congratulations, Tracy!
